Abbey Mills Part Deux
On Sunday 4th Dec Gemma Warnock Photography went once more to Merton Abbey Mills. It was a much nicer day, the weather alot better and the market alot busier! To keep me company were Jellybean cakes (my very talented friend & pastry chef Jenny Burl). We were lucky to get stalls at the front this time and the cakes were definatley drawing people over (I sampled quite a few myself)!

Testimonial - Sophie & Rich
Thank you Gemma for
capturing all the right moments of our special day! I felt at ease with
Gemma straight away and from looking at her work I knew she would not
disappoint. Gemma started taking photos from early in the morning, right
up until our first dance and I found it very hard which ones to choose to frame
and hang up in my house as they were all equally as good as each other.
Gemma was professional and polite but also managed to get the group photos shot
without the usual hassle of people not looking in the right direction
etc.
After our wedding day, it
didn’t take long for the photos to be sent to me and I even got in touch with
Gemma and asked her to edit a couple of them which she did for me within 24
hours. I have recommended Gemma to friends and family as she is amazing
at what she does! Thank you Gemma for capturing my perfect day!

Merton Abbey Mills
Next date at Merton Abbey Mills Confirmed, this Sunday 4th December!
On Sunday 20th November I had a stall at Merton Abbey Mills craft market selling a selection of my colourful canvas prints & greetings cards! It was a VERY cold day and a bit foggy so unfortunatley was a little on the quiet side but still a productive day and I will be giving it another go in December!
As well as my photos to sell I will have my Wedding photography portfolio’s on display and will be available to answer any questions or queries! Londons alternative market Merton Abbey mills also has lots of yummy places to eat and is a great place to wander on the look out for Christmas presents!
Visitor info can be found on their website at: www.mertonabbeymills.org.uk
Couldn't resist taking this pic of the River Wandle which goes along side the market...

Testimonial - David & Frankie
Dear Gemma
Just a note to thank you for helping to make our
wedding day so special. We were so pleased with how you made
everyone feel relaxed when taking photos of them. Nothing was too
much trouble for you and you captured the relaxed atmosphere of the day
perfectly, which was just what we wanted as we didn’t want it to be too
formal.
When we received our photo album we couldn’t have been
more delighted, it was exactly as we wanted it to be.
Everyone who has seen it thought that it was
stunning.
Thank you once
again

Portraits in the Park
It's the perfect time of year to take some fun portraits in the outdoors and last weekend I was booked to do just that at Oaks Park. We had an energetic shoot running and jumping around in the leaves and I am really happy with how the photos came out! Portraits outdoors are a great way to get relaxed & fun family photos and a great idea for christmas presents!!

Autumn Colour
I took these photos at a National Trust site called Sheffield Park. Only my mum and I could share such an extreme enthusiam for trees and colour. It took us hours to walk around the park as we stopped at pretty much every tree gawping at the leaves and then at each other, taking photo after photo. What an amazing place, I still can't quite believe these colours are real, just beautiful.
If anyone is interested in purchasing any of these photos as prints or on canvas please email me on gemmawarnock@yahoo.co.uk

Testimonial-Katie & Matt
Hello Gemma,
We just wanted to pass on our many thanks for your tremendous help on our big day. We found you very accomodating, you were able to provide a brilliant bespoke service which meant we were able to get all the photos that we wanted. We felt completely at ease with you taking our photos throughout the day. Many friends and family commented about how nice our photographer was and everyone that has seen the photos has commented as to how brilliantly you caught the moments throughout the day. Compared with other photographers that we considered for our special day we are confident that we made the right choice. You were very good value for money and we will definatley be looking to use your services again in the future provided you don't get too booked up by everyone else!
Many thanks again

Wedding: David & Frankie 30/07/11
Location: Mercure Burford Bridge Hotel, Dorking
David and Frankie tied the knot at the beautiful Burford Bridge Hotel in Dorking at the bottom of Box Hill. After staying the night before everyone was relaxed and looking forward to the afternoon when David and Frankie would say their vows in front of their family and friends.
While Frankie and the girls were getting ready I took some photos of preparations and the all important details - shoes and flowers!
There were delicate bracelets with flowers on for the girls and Frankie’s bouquet was stunning.
While Frankie and the girls got dressed, I popped down to see how David and best man Matt were getting on, ready and waiting!
Frankie was given away by her son James who proudly walked her down the aisle to Davids side. The ceremony included some comical and sentimental readings by Charlotte, Kim and Becki.
After the ceremony everyone gathered in the beautiful gardens, where I took some relaxed snaps and some more formal group photos.
Grabbing a few moments on their own, I took some relaxed photos of David and Frankie together.
While everyone enjoyed the sunshine and celebrations the room was set up for dinner and the tables decorated.
The wedding cake, another delicious cake creation by Jennifer Burl
It was nearly time for me to depart but before the guests headed in for dinner, toasts and party celebrations I took some more candid pics of everyone enjoying themselves chatting in the garden.
It was a pleasure to photograph David and Frankies wedding, thanks to Charlotte for recommending me! I wish them every happiness for the future!
