Toby's 3rd Birthday

My friend Tracey has a beautiful little boy called Toby who turned 3 last weekend.  Jay and I were invited to his party, where we had balloon fights and ate fairy cakes!

We had a great game of Trivial Pursuit which Toby joined in with, rolling the dice for us (and at one point disappearing with it).  He also kept taking the counters and the pies to count, so I had to take photos of the board so we could remember where we were! It was very entertaining, he was loving it, and me & Jay actually did quite well answering the questions although we did get beaten by Dan & Sarah in the end!

Toby had an awesome birthday and it was so great to meet him again, as we hadn't seen him since he was a few weeks old.  Tracey he is a real credit to you, and is definitely going to break some hearts when he gets older! Happy Birthday Toby!

Sheffield Park

Last weekend I went to National Trust gardens Sheffield Park to photograph the beautiful autumnal colours, and it didn't disappoint.  We had a perfect day and not so much as a breeze so the lake looked absolutely stunning and I got some fantastic reflection shots. I love this place!

A Taste of Vienna

I have recently got back from a trip to Vienna, the elegant capital city of Austria.  Surrounded by fascinating architecture, history and art, I was very excited to use my new camera to create some beautiful images. It is the first time I have had the opportunity to use my camera abroad and it was especially interesting to experiment with it in different lighting situations.  I took many photographs but here are some of my favourites which I think give a flavour of Vienna.  To taste the real flavour you have to go and try the schnitzel and strudels for yourself!
